Terms of Service

You can create an organizer account to run sessions for your own club or group. You're responsible for what you enter into it — club and session details, player names, and match results — and for keeping your login credentials to yourself.

Organizers add players directly; players themselves don't need an account to check in or play. If you're adding someone else's name, phone number, or email to a club, do so with their knowledge that it's being used to run and track pickleball sessions.

Live session pages (courts, queue, and leaderboard) are reachable by anyone with the link or QR code — that's by design, so players and spectators can follow along without logging in. Separately, club and player names, ratings, and records can appear in Dinkr's public search; organizers can turn this off at any time from Settings.

Dinkr is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. It's actively maintained, but things can break — please don't rely on it for anything where downtime or a bug would cause real harm.
